About The Time Place

The journey of The Time Place as Indonesia’s leading luxury watch retailer began in 1999 at Plaza Senayan, Jakarta, with the opening of its first boutique—driven by a vision to deliver a refined luxury experience founded on “Value. Knowledge. Choice.” In 2001, a second boutique opened at Plaza Indonesia, expanding access to prestigious brands such as Rolex and IWC. The year 2004 marked the beginning of expansion beyond Jakarta with the opening of a boutique in Surabaya, along with the launch of The Time Place Magazine as a trusted source of horological insight. In 2010, The Time Place continued to grow with the opening of its Pacific Place Jakarta boutique, introducing exclusive names like Roger Dubuis and Breguet.

More than two decades on, The Time Place continues to evolve. In 2021, the Plaza Indonesia boutique was unveiled with a refreshed, more luxurious concept, followed by the redesigned Plaza Senayan boutique in early 2024—welcoming clients into a modern and inviting space. The next milestone will arrive in 2025 with the debut of a larger and grander boutique at Pacific Place, crafted to deliver an exceptional experience for watch enthusiasts.
