Like any mechanical instrument, a watch needs regular servicing to ensure that it functions perfectly. There is no fixed schedule for servicing, but we generally recommend that you have your watched checked every four to six years, depending on the conditions in which a watch is used. Regular servicing protects the individual moving parts from wear that comes from daily grinding from contaminated oils, and extends the life of the watch.

Opened in 2002, the Rolex Service Centre - Jakarta is the official authorised service centre for Rolex and Tudor in Indonesia. With a team of nine highly qualified technicians who have been trained meticulously in Geneva, the Rolex Service Centre can guarantee customers peace of mind knowing that all spare parts used are original Rolex parts, and were installed using proprietary equipment to ensure proper assembly and eliminate risks of damage to the watch.

The Rolex Service Centre offers three types of services: Quick Services encompasses simple services that include battery changes, crystal replacements and the adding or reducing of links on bracelets; Complete Overhaul Services that require more complex and detailed services, which include cleaning, re-oiling, timing accuracy checks and water-proof testing; and lastly, Miscellaneous Services such as polishing.
