Pasha de Cartier is one of those historical items that is adored equally by casual wearers and hard-core collectors. In 1943, it was added to Cartier’s “public” permanent collection. The Pasha was revived in its recognizable design in 1985, thanks to the efforts of the one and only Gerald Genta.

Pasha had numerous issues (including a perpetual calendar) and minor design changes over the previous 35 years, but they all contributed to what is now a set of distinguishing characteristics. The type we see now has all of the established traits, some with a contemporary twist.

The Cartier Pasha de Cartier 41mm Chronograph was introduced at Watches and Wonders 2021 and is designed to stand out while respecting Cartier watchmaking history. And now, in 2022, this model comes with a new gray dial that makes it more elegant.

The new 41mm stainless steel Pasha de Cartier Chronograph model has the same features as the previous one but looks much more aggressive, thanks to the anthracite flinqué dial and contrasting white counter chapter rings, which highlight the Pasha’s athletic nature, especially when worn on a stainless steel bracelet.

We dare to call this a premium sports watch of reference, with its baroque, sophisticated, but robust design.
